Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
monospace is built to need as little of your data as possible.
1. What happens to what you paste in
Text you paste into any tool — JSON, Base64, regex test strings — is processed directly in your browser's memory using built-in engines. None of it is ever transmitted, uploaded, or stored on a server. Closing the tab discards everything instantly.
2. UUID generation
UUIDs are generated locally using your browser's cryptographic random number generator. We never see, log, or store generated values.
3. Cookies and analytics
monospace does not currently use cookies, analytics, or any tracking scripts. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what's added and why.
4. Accounts and data storage
There is no account system. We don't store your inputs, outputs, or any identifying information, because none of it is ever sent to us in the first place.
5. Children's privacy
monospace is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect information from anyone, of any age, since no personal information is collected at all.
6. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes — like adding analytics or data collection — will be described plainly here.
